What is Single Click Sharing?
Single Click Sharing technology is a convenient way for members to share their reviews on various social media platforms with one click of a button. Members can write their reviews under each Sharing Tool and then click the blue 'Share' button at the bottom of the Mission page. Each review is then blasted onto various social media platforms. It's as simple as that!
When members share their reviews on a product, both the brand and consumer can gain valuable feedback, so start sharing your reviews with this nifty technology on your Mission page!
How do I use 'Share a link'?
On your Mission Page, you will see an option to share a link. You can simply copy it to your clipboard by clicking on the 'Copy to clipboard' button and pasting it wherever you'd like to share it! You can paste the link by using the paste option on your computer!
This link can be shared via email, in blog posts, on Facebook, on X, in Instant Messaging conversations, or anywhere else on the web. When people click on your link, they will be taken to a page that tells them all about the product you received. You will earn points for every person who clicks on your link.
Why is my photo not uploading?
We recommend that photos and screenshots meet the following requirements:
- No more than 800 pixels by 800 pixels
- Use .jpg, .png or .gif format only
- The file needs to be under 10MB
- Clearing your cache and cookies from your browser
- Using a different browser (Chrome, Mozilla, Safari)
What is the Face2Face tool all about?
On a Mission, you can use the Face2Face tool to report conversations you have about a brand on your Mission—and you’ll earn points for every person you talk to.
Can I tag the brand in my social media posts?
Go for it! Brands love to hear from members on their Missions, so mention them in your reviews, photos, videos and posts. However, please don’t mention or show other brands in your content, such as a brand’s competitor. Try to talk about and show just one brand when you post.
How many times should I post?
For example, if a post earns you 5 points and the Mission allows you to earn up to 10 points, that doesn’t mean you should repeat the same post just to reach the maximum. Your friends likely wouldn’t enjoy seeing the same content over and over, and it’s not valuable for the brand either.
Instead, spread out your posts throughout the length of your Mission. You can share first about the new Mission you accepted, and then again after you've tried the product. Then, continue to update us, the brand, and your friends as you have new pieces of feedback to share about the products you're trying.
My post is still pending. Will my Mission be complete?
If your Mission deadline is approaching, but your submission is still pending, do not worry! Please wait up to 7 days after you submit your post for it to be reviewed. If your post is accepted after the Mission deadline, you will still receive your points for the post. A pending post after the Mission deadline will not affect your Mission qualifications!
Why was my review rejected?
The most common reason why we would not be able to accept your review is if you did not mention that you received a product for free. Your review must include a free disclosure statement such as "I received this product for free for the purpose of this review. My opinions are 100% my own."
To read more about disclosure and why it is important, click on 'Disclosure' at the bottom of your Dashboard.
Other reasons why your submission might be declined include:
- Your screenshot does not clearly show your review. We need to be able to read it!
- Your screenshot shows your review in an edit/draft mode. We can only accept reviews that have been submitted on the website.
- Your review contains no detail, for example, “love this.”
- Your review contains offensive language.
