I just accepted a new Mission, now what?
First of all, congrats on your new Mission! You're about to receive something new to try. You can start sharing your excitement right away and letting your friends know about your latest Mission. Once you have tried the product and formed your opinion, you can return to your Mission Page on the community to start sharing and reviewing.
Follow these steps:
- Go to your Dashboard
- Find your Mission on the right side under 'Your Missions'
- Click to visit your Mission Page
- Read the instructions to learn about the product and what to do on your Mission
- Scroll down to the Sharing Tools and share your opinion on
- You can tell us about Face2Face conversations you had in real life with the Face2Face tool
- You may see more ways to share including Pinterest, Instagram, video, blogging, retail reviews and more
- To submit each of your posts, click the big blue 'Share' button at the bottom of the page
- You will earn points for sharing - earn the maximum amount of points to complete your Mission!

How do I complete my Mission?
Your Mission will be complete once you:
- use each of the required Sharing Tools at least once
- earn enough points to reach the Mission Goal using a combination of required and optional tools. The points you need are stated on your Mission page. In the example below, earning 40 points will complete your Mission and you can earn a maximum of 140.
Make sure to complete your Mission before it ends! It's not possible for us to re-open Missions after the end date.
How long does a Mission last?
Mission durations can differ; some may last longer, especially for products that need time to show results. You can always check the exact end date on your Mission Page, and we'll also send you email reminders as the mission nears its end.
I'm ready to write my review. What do I need to do?
As detailed as possible, and don't hold back.
Always write a detailed account of your experience. Try to share a review that says more than just “I love it!” or “This is great”—vague reviews are not helpful to other consumers wanting to learn about your experience. Ask yourself questions like these and you’ll never be stuck on what to say:
- What did you like and dislike?
- Which flavors/varieties/scents did you enjoy the most? And the least?
- What flavors/varieties/scents should be made next?
- What do others need to know before buying this product?
- What benefits, if any, has it brought to your life?
Do I need to say I received the product for free?
For every action you take on a Mission, you should always make it known that you have received a free product or brand experience. When you use the Sharing Tools, we’ll take care of this for you. But when sharing your opinions on other places, such as in a blog post, video or an in-person conversation, make sure that every person knows you have received something for free. You can read more about this by clicking on ‘Disclosure’ at the bottom of any page on the community.
What should I say in my product review?
Don't worry, we all get writer's block sometimes! If you're stumped on what to say about a product you received, try asking yourself questions such as:
- How can I describe this product to someone who has never tried it before?
- What are the pros and cons of this product?
- Do I like how this product looks/feels/tastes/makes me feel?
- What benefit did the product bring to my life?
- What’s missing from this product that would make it better?
- Do I agree or disagree with other people’s opinions of this product? Why?
- Will I continue to purchase this product in the future?
Just remember that a quality review is:
- Detailed
- Informative
- Helpful
- Authentic
- Honest
I can't find a product in store or online. What now?
If your mission requires you to make a purchase or use a coupon to buy a product online or in a store and you are unable to locate it, please contact us so we can advise you of what to do next.
I didn't like the product. What should I do?
For all of our communities, we only ever ask for honest reviews, whether it is positive or negative. If you did not like the product, we recommend that you kindly explain why, and offer your suggestions for how it can be improved. Constructive feedback is really helpful for a brand to hear!
What is Single Click Sharing?
Single Click Sharing technology is a convenient way for members to share their reviews on various social media platforms with one click of a button. Members can write their reviews under each Sharing Tool and then click the 'Share' button at the bottom of the Mission page. Each review is shared on various social media platforms. It's as simple as that!
When members share their reviews on a product, both the brand and consumer can gain valuable feedback, so start sharing your reviews with this nifty technology on your Mission page!
Why is my photo not uploading?
We recommend that photos and screenshots meet the following requirements:
- No more than 800 pixels by 800 pixels
- Use .jpg, .png or .gif format only
- The file needs to be under 10mb
- Clearing your cache and cookies from your browser
- Using a different browser (Chrome, Mozilla, Safari)
What happens if I don't complete a Mission?
You should always complete a Mission by using the required Sharing Tools at least once and earning enough points to earn the Mission badge. If you don't complete a Mission, this will affect your chances of qualifying for future Missions! Please note multiple occurrences of incomplete Missions can result in removal from the Community.
