Password Reset - FAQ

How do I reset my password

1. Click on Sign in
2. Click on Forgot Password
3. Type in your email address
4. Click reset
5. Go to your email inbox.  If you are unable to find this, please check your junk/spam folder
6. Click on the Reset Password button in the email
7. This will open a new link to where you are able to change your password
8. Type in your new password twice.  The password needs to be a minimum of 8 characters long and contain at least: one upper case letter, one lower case letter, one number, and one special character
9. Click Change My Password to update your password
10. This will sign you into the community automatically

I didn't receive my password reset email

Check your junk or spam folder to see if the email was redirected there.

If you are unable to locate the 'Password Reset' email, please reach out to the community email and we will be able to confirm a few more details for you.  You can find this email address at the bottom of the community page under the heading Contact Us.
