Why is my profile not showing at 100%?

To get to 100% complete, you'll need to make sure you have every field completed in the 'General Info', 'Shipping Address', and 'Personal Info' sections of your profile. This includes the About section, profile photo, and Facebook and X connections. The 'Website' field is not needed for 100% completion.

Why isn't my profile picture uploading?

We recommended the profile picture be 160 pixels x 160 pixels and meet the following requirements:

• Under 5MB
• Use .jpg, .png, or .gif

If your upload isn't working and it meets the requirements mentioned above, try these troubleshooting steps:

• Clear your browser's cache and cookies for the community site.
• If you can't clear your cache and cookies, try using your browser's incognito/private mode.
• If possible, switch to a different browser or device and attempt the upload again.

Why isn't my address valid?

We verify addresses using an automated system that connects with the US Postal Service. If you see a message stating your address is invalid, it usually just requires tweaking until the address can be recognized.

Try different variations of Address Line 1 & 2, clicking 'submit' at the bottom of the page each time.

I don't own a blog. What do I put in my profile?

Writing blog posts on a Mission is optional and will never be a requirement to complete your profile or a Mission! 

For a complete profile, be sure to fill out the 'General Info', 'Shipping Address', and 'Personal Info' tabs of your profile. This includes the About section, profile photo, and Facebook and X connections.

Why do I have to grant certain permissions to connect to my accounts?

Many social media platforms require you to allow access to our applications so you can use the Sharing Tools on our community.  These tools allow you to make posts to your social media platforms and earn points for your Missions.  You have full control over what you post.  The community doesn't make any posts without your permission. We can also guarantee that your personal information is safe and secure.
